What I want you to try this year, is to allow yourself to enjoy a few deviations. Never called them 'cheats' because 'cheat' has such a negative connotation.
Choose a few deviations that you will have, try to keep them to a few a week,
And when you do you have them make sure you:
- Enjoy them
- Savor them
- Do not feel guilty
And then back on track the rest of the time.
This is the key to your success.
You can totally enjoy a few deviations over the holidays.
Never try to deprive yourself completely, that doesn't work. If you stay on track the rest of the time, you can sail through the holidays and drop the pounds you want to.
Learning how to eat right for your body type makes it even easier, as it helps your cravings go down, your appetite is kept in check, and you get the accountability need to help you drop the pounds and fit into that holiday outfit you long to fit in to.
