One thing's for sure, you can not determine a body type by shape alone. You can be completely thrown off.
In order to figure out someone's body type
I look at many things.
- Their energy levels
- Their food preferences
- Their cravings
- Typical ailments they are most prone to
- If they are a morning type or a night owl
- Places they tend to gain weight
- Their personality
- I have them keep a food journal
- They fIll out a health history form
