One of my clients was down another 2.3 pounds over the past two weeks. She was disappointed because she really wanted to keep on losing 2+ pounds per week. I told her to focus on her wins!
Perhaps the weight loss was not happening as quickly as she wanted because there were a few too many deviations for her body type. But 1 pound per week is still great!
Do you tend to focus on your wins or on your failures?
I'm just back from a Fabulous vacation. Every time we go on vacation my boyfriend and I marvel at how literally Everything lines up to create the best possible holiday ever.
How does that happen consistently year after year, because of course there are definitely some holidays that can turn into disasters, especially if's your first time ever kayak-camping like we were.
We consistently repeated (ok, so maybe mostly I did 😄) declaring out loud, "We are now aligned for the perfect vacay!"
Everyday, I keep repeating it and offering it up as proof. Look, see, we created the perfect weather, the perfect campsite, gorgeous sunsets and sunrises, delicious food and so much more!
