A client, reached out to me recently, saying that she needed a bit of a re-set. We had worked together right before Covid hit and she had easily dropped 15 pounds.
She told me that she'd like a tune up session, that she could use a realignment. We booked a Zoom session and went over some simple changes that she could implement. With the longer summer days she was not being as careful and both she and her dog were eating dinner later. Some encouragement and suggestions from me was just what she needed to press the reset button and get back on
track.
A few weeks later she sent me this message:
"Hello Sue-Anne, the tune up session did me a lot of good. I am definitely eating earlier, as is my doggy... we have both adopted a new schedule for meals and walks, earlier than before. Much better, I must say, I see a difference in my mood also.
I have dropped 2 or 3 lbs and feel much less puffy and sluggish. I am watching my wine intake, eating fresh produce as much as possible. Trying to eat more complex carbs at lunch. I was feeling hungry the first week, but less so now, which is what I experienced before. I am happy with the way I feel."

If you've gotten off track, how can you press the re-set button? Eating dinner earlier is a big help. Maybe drinking a little less alcohol and only on the weekend. Take advantage of all the fresh, local produce and the beautiful weather to get out for a nice hike. Pics below of a hike I did at Tremblant last weekend.
You can do it, dropping the pounds is possible, Even in summer! If you need some help, let's chat. Jump on a free 20 minute call here.
