The key is to change your thoughts about who you are. Have a different emotion about who you are, as emotion always wins over logic.
Think of vegans for instance, it is who they are, they don't have any problem avoiding bacon, because they easily choose not to eat it.
When you can make your health a priority and a must every day,
it stops being what you do, and it becomes who you are.
Now this is the key to powerful change.
My boyfriend's son has been staying with us for a few weeks. And he loves to bake. He makes chocolate chip cookies with white flour and white sugar. It's a little hard for me to see the cookies sitting on the counter day after day, because I love sweets.
But I decided a long tie ago, that my health is a priority. I've decided that I am someone who does not eat white sugar or white flour. So it's easy for me to stay on track, and nourish myself with healthy food. To choose to not eat the cookies.
Every thought is a blue print your mind and body work towards. You can train your mind. Ask yourself what would a healthy person do? Buy ingredients, and make delicious meals, especially right now, when fresh produce is available and abundant! Take the time to nourish your body with healthy food and nourish yourself with praise and positive words. Tell yourself, "I am healthy, it's who I am!"
Be selective, even if something is so delicious, you don't need to eat it all.
The race to be perfect never has a finishing line, ever.
So have your deviations, a few each week, savour them, you haven't ruined everything, if you over eat one day, balance it out the next day, always focus on your wins!
Accountability is key, to ensure your success! It's never too late to try again. Today is not over yet. And if you need some help, you can, LEARN MORE ABOUT MY WEIGHT LOSS
