Do you catch yourself putting yourself down a little bit too often? Looking at yourself in the mirror and focusing on the wrinkles and grey hair instead of the radiant smile?
Do you find yourself chastising yourself for something you said, or didn't say, did or didn't do?
I get it. I grew up with a lot of criticism. The underlying message seemed to be that I wasn't ok the way I was. I was not outgoing enough, I was too sensitive, etc, so I learned to criticize myself.
Here's the thing... with successful people, whether they grew up with a lot of encouragement from their parents or caregivers or not.
What they have learned is...
how to talk to themselves in a positive manner.
They have learned to redirect their insecurities and fears around rejection and disconnection into a tremendous self-belief.
A state of feeling worthy. How would it be if you had that too? How would your life look? What would be different?
I've long said that most people waking planet earth should be walking around carrying a sign that says, "I'm not enough!"
It's what I've been working on for a long time and is how I am helping my clients with RTT Rapid Transformational Therapy. I've already done almost 40 sessions with amazing results.
I'm so excited to be able to include this in my practice with new clients and help past clients. If you want to know more book a Discovery call here.
