How do you manage your stress?
I ask my clients that and sometimes the answer is...
"I yell!"
or, "I eat!"
Not the best coping mechanisms!
I've seen first hand how some clients weight loss gets stalled unless they learn how to de-stress as the body can hold onto weight for protection!
One simple thing to do is to take a good quality B complex vitamin. I take one every day and can really feel the difference if I don't take it. I feel more edgy, so I know how effective my vitamin is.
