Sure enough, she was way under her calorie intake, but the food she was eating was mostly unhealthy food.
There weren't any fruits, very few vegetables, mostly bad carbs and sweets and not enough protein.
A super easy thing for her to do, would be to join my Free Clean Carbs Challenge.
She could learn how to replace her not so healthy carbs with good quality carbs, and drop the pounds easily!
She'll get tons of healthy recipes and learn simple steps to jump start a healthy way of eating that's sustainable long term.
