I know I often use the word loss - in - Weight Loss, - but think of the word, it only implies negative things.
All loss is considered bad:
- money
- health
- looks
- sight
- memory
- a baby
- husband (usually)
We should switch it to:
- reduce
- shed
- discard
- get rid of
- dropping the pounds.
The words you use and things you tell yourself are key to your success.
For instance, every time you tell yourself, "I can't have that" you create even more desire to have the food.
Switch that to "I'm choosing not to."
"I have a choice and I'm making the right choice," So much more powerful!
