Now the first question to ask yourself is...
1. How do you feel about the results you've been getting so far?
Everyone is saying 2020 was a shit show, the worst year ever for many.
So maybe you really struggled with dropping the pounds that you wanted to, achieving your health goals, Covid, kids home all day, so many things going on, really hard... emotional eating.
You have to ask yourself... if you didn't get the results that you wanted to,
2. What kind of results do you want to see?
So maybe you wanted to lose 50 lbs this year. Often we create huge goals on New Year's Eve and then after a while, we don't achieve them, we beat ourselves up, and we feel really badly.
Please do not be hard on yourself.
It was a really hard year, but you need to ask yourself the third question.
3. What are you willing to do differently? Because if you got those results, some things have got to change.
You've got to clean up your eating.
You've got to maybe move your body more.
In creating success, we need to move forward and figure out, if we didn't get the results we wanted, what can we do differently this year to make sure we do get the results and succeed?
