Ever since my first yoga class in 1990 I began researching all I could about healthy eating and nutrition. I made a lot of changes in my diet, but I also made some mistakes along the way. At that time I switched to a vegetarian diet, but I wasn't getting enough protein, I was always hungry and eating too many carbs and too much cheese.
It wasn't until I began taking my classes to be a naturopath in 2006 that I really took my healthy eating to a whole new level.
