You start something new, super excited, ready to take on the world and then a few weeks (or maybe even days) later, your enthusiasm wanes and your motivation is just about gone.

I Love the thrill of starting new things.... but that means I often leave things unfinished and move onto something else.
Which is why you may have heard me talking about writing my Bodytypology book for at least 3 or 4 years now.
Joining a writing group with a coach keeps me submitting 8 pages every few weeks, getting feedback from the group and editing my work to keep me inching forward.
