My eating habits have completely changed. Without realizing it, I used to be stuck in emotional eating, trying to solve a situation with food. I felt exhausted, depressed and got angry easily. Now I’m happy, my brain fog has gone, I’m focused and I have a ton of energy right up until 11 PM!
I now think before choosing my foods now, I cut out sweets, bad carbs and soda. I went from exercising once a month to every other day, it’s a priority for me now.
Before starting to work with Sue-Anne I was in chronic pain, I took a Tylenol every night and I now I haven’t taken any in 3 months. I was diagnosed and greatly suffering with IBS for 3 years and now my digestive system has healed. Even my husband has benefited eating the same way as I do. At 61 his blood tests came back and his Doctor exclaimed that they were excellent.
I lost 16 pounds and 8.5 inches!
