Apple or Pear Body Type, Weight Loss and Health Tips
|
Most of the clients who come to see me for weight loss are either:
Apple Types - Also known as the Adrenal Type or
Pear Types - Also known as the Gonad Type (which has to do with the ovaries.)
There are not very many Pituitary Types in general, many of them are of Asian descent. And the Thyroid Types in general tend to be tall and thin, so they may come to see me for digestive issues, or challenges related to stress or anxiety.
I talk about the Apple and Pear Body Types, giving some helpful health tips, in this video.

The Pear Body Type is known for your warmth, love and genuine interest in others. You love to take care of others, the motherly type, the maternal instinct is very strong, and this distinguishes you from the other types.
75% of all nurses are Gonad Types, social workers, teachers, massage therapists, teachers, the helping professions.
Being in a relationship is very important to you as is having children.
If you are an Adrenal Body Type, this would describe you:
- Upper body is dominant, strong upper body, women have a large chest
- If there is a belly, it tends to be high, under the chest (unless gravity has pulled it down over time :) )
- Tendency to be muscular and physically strong
- A square type appearance
- Sociable, tolerant, dominating and warm
- Stable energy
- You have a tendency towards high cholesterol, high blood pressure, a congested or fatty liver and cardiovascular disease
