“I can’t achieve my weight loss goals because I’ve got kids. I’m too busy parenting.”
Patty has 4 kids, runs her own business, works from home, one of her kids has epilepsy, and there are challenges with the other kids as well. She was helping her child follow a very rigid, high fat diet with the hopes that it would reduce the seizures.
She decided she couldn’t expect her daughter to follow a strict diet if she couldn’t follow her own body type plan. She dropped 36 pounds, attaining her goal weight and not exercising that much.
Carol, a lawyer, commuted downtown daily by train, getting home late, with two athletic teen boys to feed. She made her health a priority, followed her body type plan, got to the gym two to three times a week and shed 15 pounds in 12 weeks.

“I can’t achieve my goals because I’m going through menopause, it’s normal to gain weight!”
If that was true, everyone over the age of 50 would be overweight.
Just not the case.
You may have to work a little harder and move your body a little more, but menopause can be a phenomenal time of transformation when you reinvent yourself, your career, try new hobbies, say whatever you want no holds barred and you stop putting up with any Sh*t. A time of empowerment.

“I can’t achieve my health goals because hiring help is too expensive.”
Hiring help isn’t as expensive as many people think. Many of my clients in Canada have insurance so it’s like getting my services for free. And those in the U.S and around the world seem to understand that their health is the most precious gift they have and worth the investment.
What’s the price of getting or staying sick, having no energy to do the things you love every day? Ending up in the hospital, with a stroke or serious disease… or not being able to stay healthy enough to enjoy your grandkids?
What else you got?
Throw your best excuses at me.
