I love her raw style, the fact that she had to overcome so much to get to where she is and a lot of what she writes rings true for me.
She recently posted on Instagram, "We have got to get Untamed and by that I mean we have got to dig up and examine the poison roots – in the form of feminine expectations and ideals – that were planted beneath us and are keeping us from living as free and large and strong as we were created to."
In Untamed, she writes about sinking deep inside herself into a place of knowing where she can ask questions and sense a nudge that fills her.
I know I need to do this more often. Stop my busyness, drop inside and listen. She writes, "some call it the Knowing God or wisdom or intuition or source or deepest self. It doesn't matter what we call our Knowing. What matters - if we want to live our singular shooting star of life - is that we call it."
She also writes about something I firmly believe in and encourage my clients to do: Feel!
"I thought that happy was for feeling and that pain was for fixing and numbing and deflecting and hiding and ignoring." (...)
First: I can feel everything and survive (...)
Second: I can use pain to become."
I did this short video about feeling, if you like it please give it a thumbs up and subscribe :)
