1. Each time I start working with a new client we go over their "Why."
It needs to be a strong "why", and not just about fitting into a nice dress. *Hint: it should be about your health.
2. What's the cost of you of being overweight? What are you avoiding? What feelings are you avoiding? What kinds of things are you missing out on in life? And what about the cost on your health?
3. Finally, it's essential to focus on how you want to feel. How will it feel to attain and maintain your ideal weight? How will it feel to wake up every day with tons of energy and have all the energy to do everything you want to? How will it feel to be super strong physically and emotionally enjoying life to it's fullest? Priceless!
