All winter long my clients tell me, I can't get outside to walk because it's too cold and icy...those of us living around Montreal know it was a very treacherous, icy winter and tons of us fell on the ice, myself included.
 
Isn't it great that we can do so many different exercises outside in summer...
- walking
 
- jogging
 
- hiking
 
- swimming
 
- boating
 
- yoga
 
- biking 
 
- etc
 
But then we say... it's too hot!! 
- I want to relax
 
- I want down time
 
- The heat has zapped all my energy
 
- I can't sleep
 
- I'm too tired
 
 
and then there are the... 
- Parties
 
- BBQs
 
- Restaurant terrasses
 
- Fun cocktails 
 
- Family get togethers
 
- Lake side
 
- Vacations
 
- Ice Cream
 
 
OMG how can you possibly lose weight in summer?!
