What was a priority for me over the last 3 weeks?
1. My exercise, I fit in some great bike rides, mostly later in the day as it is getting pretty cold here in the morning.
2. My stress management. I rejoined Moksha yoga (now
known as Modo Yoga) which is hot yoga, and I've made it to quite a few classes, as the increased business and scheduling in my clients and working long hours increased my stress levels.
3. My food: This is always my #1 priority, to have a fridge, freezer and pantry full of healthy foods, to
create lots of healthy meals and snacks and to bring them with me.
4. Taking care of my clients: cheering them on, holding them accountable and helping them achieve their goals.
What wasn't a priority?
Cleaning: yup, those dust bunnies were turning
into dust dinosaurs and my place was looking pretty grungy but I was ok with it temporarily :)
Some tasks like this newsletter that got put on the back burning for a while. Which has been on the back of my mind, as you are important to me!!
What are you making a priority? What can you let go of, delegate, defer, delete?
Schedule in time for what you want to get done and don't let anything come between you and those tasks.
If you want to achieve your goals, stop saying you don't have time and make them a priority and you will succeed!
