Recently I sent a message with this checklist to my online weight loss group and many clients and they all seemed to really appreciate it. So I thought I'd share it with you! 
Here's a revised version, as some of the goal setting points  were more for my clients who are working with me. 
 Your Checklist:
- I have cooked quinoa in the fridge
 - I have cooked brown rice in the fridge
 - I have lots of veggies in the fridge (Huge bonuses for having them chopped and ready for snacks) 
 - I have a big glass or bottle of water
near me all the time
 - I have my exercise scheduled in (and Nothing will come between me and my exercise!) 
 - I have a few meals planned for the week
 - I have healthy snacks ready – maybe some trail mix, etc.
 - I know my 2 health goals this week and I am on track for accomplishing them
 - I have looked at some recipes and made a shopping list
 - I am eating my meals on time
