You think back to all the years of painful struggle with so many
different diets and you're thrilled to have finally found the right plan for you. You still have a little ways to go, but you are confident and positive you will get there.
You walk over to your closet, and choose a pair of pants you haven't been able to fit into in years. When you try them on, you find that they're actually too big! Totally thrilled you discard them into the bag of clothes to give away and
reach for a brand new outfit you just bought yesterday.
