I'm finally going to wrap it up. I'll be releasing it at the end of March. Start date is April 11th.
This program will include a one on one session to help you eat right for your body type and achieve the same lasting weight loss my clients achieve. There will be my
printed manual, my recipe book, a great simple food journal with check boxes, 12 weekly online group support sessions, motivational emails, a Facebook group, and so much more.
We are going to cover everything, and give you exactly what you need to ensure your long term weight loss success.
