Hello
Got my make-up done with Lydia Cavaleiro!
What are you celebrating?

Welcome to all of the new subscribers!

My friend and awesome business coach Stacey Hylen of the Business Optimizer Coach posted this great little video on Facebook yesterday, about celebrating.

And it got me thinking about how important it is to celebrate our successes, especially on our journey to health.

So many of my clients come in ready to share all the things that they are struggling with, what isn't working and all the things they did wrong.

But when I get them to focus on all the positive changes they have made, the list can be very long and quite surprising to them. It is so easy for them to "forget" all the positive changes they have made. Sometimes I pull out their food journal and their health history form as proof of the transformation they've gone through.

And of course I do the same thing, don't you? We are so very quick to criticize ourselves and be hard on ourselves.

But there comes a point when you have to put down the hammer and stop beating yourself over the head with it!

Focus on your successes!

Celebrate them and yourself!

Here's my list this week:

  • I made it to 4 yoga classes
  • I got my make up done so I can learn more about how to do my own make up better to do videos and Facebook live
  • I did some inner work and healing with a gifted healer/friend
  • I added on another 6 hour block on my office hours as my practice continues to expand!
  • I printed 5 copies of Volume 4 of my weight loss program for my clients who love continuing working with me for the accountability and support (there are 12 sessions in each manual!)
  • Many of my clients are having breakthroughs including one who went from taking Advil all the time to hardly ever. ( Testimony coming soon :) )

Wow, that felt really good to make that list!

Take a minute now to think or better yet, to write down all the good things that You Are Doing, and feel free to respond to this ezine and share them with me.

I love hearing from you!

To your natural health!

Sue-Anne
