What Are You Doing to Gain Weight?

Hello
Welcome to all of the new subscribers!

It is Thanksgiving weekend in Canada, a wonderful time with family and of course, a delicious meal!

I got to drive to Cornwall (an hour away) to pick up my dad and bring him to my sisters. At 92 he is still working out at the gym 5 days a week! He recently had his license taken away, so he got himself a little car that he doesn't require a licence, to get out even if it rains or snows. Isn't it cute? It goes 15 kms an hour.

Happy Thanksgiving to all my Canadian friends, we have so very much to be grateful for!!
What is holding your weight in place?
Today I have an important question for you.

What are the emotions that are keeping your weight in place?

Are you overeating because you have a very painful memory and food is your comfort or protection?

Do you overeat because you feel...
  • Lonely
  • Sad
  • Bored
  • Scared
  • Angry
  • Anxious
  • Frustrated

Say you answered, I eat because I feel sad and lonely...

Imagine watching someone feeling very sad and lonely, could you send them emotions that would soothe them?

 What would you say?

" Love, you're going to be ok."
"It's ok to feel sad."

Just through your imagination, you can soothe yourself. You can get closer emotionally. Imagine doing this everyday, sending yourself love to soothe your own pain or fear. How powerful that would be.
