How to Manage Anxiety Naturally - Conference

Hello
I need to ask you a favor...

I'm putting the finishing touches on a long awaited, online weight loss maintenance program! I'll be releasing it in a couple of weeks, just in time to get ready for bathing suit season.

So many of my clients have been asking for a simple program to help them maintain their weight loss after they've finished working with me, to... Keep it Up and Keep it Off!

And, I know a lot of people who have not worked with me who would love to have their personalized body type plan as well as the accountability and support of a weight loss specialist and cheerleader.

The need is there. I had great success with my 30 Day weight loss challenge, 11 people shared their weight with me and lost a total of 65.3 pounds!!

But before I launch the program, I have to ask you 3 quick questions.  Can you help me out? This is a completely anonymous survey.

You can answer the questions here
