Here in Montreal, we are enjoying the most beautiful summer weather! It's so important to...

take advantage of the weather to get out and move!!

  • Walk
  • Bike
  • Hike
  • Do yoga outside
  • Swim in a pool, lake or ocean if you can
  • etc!

I was just at a friend's cottage, so I started my day with a long bike ride, followed by yoga on the dock and then some swimming and relaxing... my idea of the Perfect day!!
Believe me, when you live in a place where it snows all winter and temperatures get bitterly cold with extreme windchills, you make more of an effort to take advantage of the short summer!

My clients are out walking and cycling and hiking and we can see the amazing results on my bio tracker scale, as they increase their exercise.

Their metabolic age drops the more they move, so they actually get younger!!

I program my clients age, height and activity level into my Biotracker scale. It sends an electrical current through the body and measures all the different readings you see below.

In 12 sessions this man lost 13.8 lbs and even though he is 55 years old, his metabolic age went from 73 to 49!
8 sessions,  11.2 pounds lost and 10 years younger
12 sessions 19.6 pounds lost and 36 as a metabolic age for a 52 year old.

And yes, these clients are maintaining their healthy weight as they continue to eat right for their body type and move.

Last year I cycle toured around the east coast of Canada, on the Cabot Trail and through Prince Edward Island. This week I leave to cycle tour through the White Mountains in New Hampshire and down along the coast of Maine. My idea of fun! :)
