Beautiful Glowing Skin - Even in Winter!

In the last newsletter I wrote about detoxing your home through using better, safe alternatives to cleaning products. It's also important to use only all natural personal skin care products. 

Our skin is the largest organ in our body. It works as a self defense mechanism against harmful invaders to the body. It regulates the body's temperature, eliminates toxins and the nerve endings help sense touch, temperature, and pain.

There is a lot you can do to have beautiful glowing skin, from what you put in your body, such as eating super healthy diet, to making sure you're getting plenty of protein, omega 3s, vitamin A, B, C and E.

Best foods for healthy skin: All organic as much as possible

One very important thing for a gorgeous complexion is to avoid oxidative stress caused by free radicals.
