I'm not very good at taking selfies, but here I am on the deck of my dad's cottage near Tremblant enjoying some beer and chips! Yes, I eat very healthy about 95% or more of the time. But occasionally, on a warm summers evening, I do enjoy a nice cold beer.
It may be accompanied by some popcorn done in my hot air popper. As I was in the country, without my hot air popper, I opted for some chips.
A healthy dinner and relaxing with a book, completed my perfect day.
What's most important is to stay on track most of the time. That could be 80 to 90% (or more) of the time. And for the other 10 to 20% you can enjoy your fun foods. Never feel guilty. We are not going for perfection. Just get right back on track to healthy eating, healthy lifestyle, and you will be able to attain or maintain your ideal
weight.
